*For subsequent visits for one course of treatment and up to one month after, the charge is $120. After the course of treatment is completed and the extra month expired, the next appointment charge will be $250 for the first consult, and $120 for subsequent visits, etc.
─ Initial consult lasts between 1.45 to 2 hrs. and subsequent visits between 1 and 1¼ hours.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This is to give other patients the opportunity to book an appointment. Without notice, the full fee will be charged.
